Sophie Soda

6-8 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. double rose syrup
1  oz. red or pink grapefruit juice
(with no sugar added)
6 oz. soda water

Muddle the mint with the syrup.  Add grapefruit juice and strain into a medium-sized glass over ice.  Add soda water, mix gently and enjoy.

 

Shirley Rose

1 oz. double rose syrup
1/2 oz. Fizzbloom ginger syrup
8 oz. soda water

Combine syrups over ice in a large glass.  Add soda water, mix gently and enjoy.

 

Darling Clementine

3-6 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. double rose syrup
2 clementines, juiced (3-4 oz.)
6 oz. soda water

Muddle the mint with the syrup in a large glass.  Add ice and juice.  Top with soda water, stir gently and serve.

 

Rose Nojito

4-6 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. double rose syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
6 oz. soda water

Muddle the mint with the syrup in a large glass.  Add lime juice and ice.  Top with soda water, mix gently and enjoy.

 

RoseMaryRose

2-3″ sprig of rosemary
1 oz. double rose syrup
1/2 oz. pomegranate molasses
6 oz. soda water

Muddle the rosemary with the syrup and pomegranate molasses in a large glass.  Add ice and soda water and stir gently.

 

Sparkling Rose Limeade

1 1/2 oz. double rose syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
6 oz. soda water

Combine syrup and lime juice over ice in a tall glass.  Add soda water, mix gently and serve.
